Returns

We're sorry your Vizirider order wasn't what you expected. You are entitled to return your product for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, as long as your item is unwashed or unused.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns postage at this time. If you would like to return your Vizirider product for a full refund or exchange, please fill out our returns form, which can be downloaded here. 

Please ensure you print and enclose the form in your return package, otherwise we may not be able to process a refund or action an exchange. If you have any questions, please contact us.
