Returns
You are entitled to return your product for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (as new). We're happy to offer an exchange or refund on undamaged items to United Kingdom and Europe only. Please ensure that you include in your package your order number and, if you wish to exchange your item for a different size, the new size you would like to change to.
Any new exchange garment will be sent on receipt of returned item, subject to stock availability. Please allow 3–7 working days from receipt of returned order to receive your exchange. We will not reimburse you for the cost of your return, unless an item was faulty or incorrect. It's important that any unwanted garment, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. This means the garment is unused and undamaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size item, send an email to info@vizirider.co.uk and send your item to:

We recommend that you select a tracked delivery service to enable you to check the progress of your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We aim to process any refund due to you within 14 days of the date that we received your returned goods. We will not refund any delivery charges.
